Notes: The idea behind this is that Orb originally built its Astray Gundams to collect data to eventually use on its mass-produced mobile suit. The Astray Blue Frame had blueprints for several upgrades saved in its computer, including an aquatic pack that Blue Frame's pilot used to protect a floating city. For this suit's backstory, Orb bought test data on the aquatic gear and built a dedicated aquatic MS, a useful thing since Orb is an island chain.
